We have an immediate opening for a Sales Assistant. The Sales Assistant role provides professional, courteous, timely, and efficient support to the West Academic Law School Account Management team and its customers. The Sales Assistant performs a number of duties including, but not limited to, those listed below in order to support a team of eight field based Account Managers and three inside sales representatives in maximizing sales opportunities to assigned customers. This role is responsible for day-to-day administrative and technical support and will work closely with each Account Manager.
The Sales Assistant also acts as the initial point of contact for some customers and provides vacation coverage for Account Managers during longer periods of time off. The Sales Assistant helps in planning bi-annual sales meetings including coordinating logistics. It is expected that these duties will grow with time and experience.
